As co-founder, President & CEO of Just Transport, Brian Williams set out to create a company and culture that is known throughout the transportation industry for fair, equitable, professional, and courteous service. A company that maintains its contributions to the success of its customers, drivers, and support staff are imperative to its growth and success.

Brian has over 20 years of supply chain knowledge, experience, and leadership, with most recent years being focused specifically within the transportation industry. He holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification from the Institute of Supply Management (ISM), in addition to maintaining a Class A CDL with various endorsements and TWIC.

Brian’s entrepreneurial spirit has supported multiple start-up companies throughout his career. He is recognized for his ability to motivate and develop talent, a keen ability to seek out and embrace impactful change, unquestionable integrity, and a servant leadership style that makes everyone feel equally important.
